If you provide payment information to purchase a suite, your payment information will be handled in accordance with PCI DSS, the information security standard for protecting credit card data.

What is the child ticket policy for Rogers Place?

Children 24 months of age and under will not require a separate ticket for admission into Rogers Place.

How do I book a Rogers Place suite?

To book premium seating at Rogers Place, click on the event you wish to attend via the EVENTS page to see available premium options. Premium seating can be purchased directly from the website by entering your credit card details or by contacting the Rogers Place Premium Seating Team at 780-414-GOAL or email us at [email protected].

When do I get my tickets after booking a suite?

Your tickets will be available 48 hours prior to your event. All tickets and parking passes (if applicable) will be available through your Rogers Place Account Manager.

How are my tickets delivered?

All premium tickets and parking passes (if applicable) will be mobile-only. 48 hours prior to your event, you will have access to Rogers Place Account Manager to manage your premium tickets. You will be provided email instructions on how to access and download your tickets. Tickets cannot be printed and must be presented on your mobile phone. It is recommended that you electronically transfer tickets directly to your guests to ensure proper access into Rogers Place.

Will the suite be private to my group?

Yes. All suites listed on are fully private.

Are suites fully accessible?

Rogers Place is fully accessible with elevator access to all seating levels.

Rogers Place recommends all guests requiring assistance contact the Rogers Place Ticketing & Customer Services team at 780-414-LIVE (5483) in advance of their visit.

All wayfinding signs at Rogers Place have Braille lettering to better assist our visually impaired guests.

Payment in full is required upon booking in order to secure premium seats.

Are there any additional fees?

No. The price you see is the price you pay. No hidden fees. The only other costs to consider, if applicable, will be food and beverage service costs and additional standing room tickets.

Refund Policy

Can I cancel my suite reservation?

No. Per our single event rental terms and conditions, all sales are final.

What if my event is postponed/rescheduled?

Should an event be postponed, your tickets will be valid for the rescheduled date.

Planning Your Premium Experience

How and when do I order catering?

Catering is available to purchase at an additional cost in advance of your event. Following your suite purchase, a premium representative will be in touch via email or phone to provide you with further catering instructions. Advanced ordering is recommended as it provides a wider range of offerings including exclusive products available only to those that order more than 48-hours prior to event night. Should guests choose to forego advance catering, an event day menu is provided in-suite to order throughout your event. Please note: the Event day Suite Menu is more limited than the Advanced menu and can only be delivered after puck drop. Advance catering orders are due one week prior to your event, unless otherwise noted.

Am I required to purchase catering?

No, in-suite catering is not required to purchase and there is no catering minimum. Your event night Suite attendant can also assist you with any food and beverage questions during the event. Outside food and beverage is not permitted inside the arena.

Can I purchase additional tickets (also known as Standing Room Only tickets or "SROs") for my suite?

Yes, you may purchase additional “Standing Room Only” tickets in your suite.

Can I get guest passes for my suite?

Guest passes are not available for single event suite rentals. If you would like to host additional guests in your suite, you will have to purchase Standing Room Only tickets up to the maximum allowed for your suite type.

What am I permitted to bring into the suite (and Rogers Place)?

Please refer to the Rogers Place A-Z Guide for a detailed outline of prohibited items at Rogers Place.

What if I am planning a special event at the show?

If you’re celebrating a birthday or another special occasion, our Suites Manager would be happy to work with you to ensure every last detail has been addressed. Special requests, such as celebratory cakes, can be easily accommodated. Request a “Special Request Form” to fill out, from your Premium Service Specialist, and return back one week prior to your event, unless otherwise noted.

Event Day Questions

We are taking a bus or limousine to the event. Where are the drop off points?

How do I access Rogers Place with my premium tickets?

You can access Rogers Place through the Scotiabank Premium entrance located on 104 Ave or through the premium seating pass gate in Ford Hall.

When does Rogers Place open?

Door times vary based on each event. Please refer to the Rogers Place Event Calendar for the most up to date information on door times for each specific event.

Can I order food and beverage from my suite during the event?

Yes. Each suite is serviced by a shared suite attendant. In-event food and drink orders can be placed via the attendant. An event day menu will be in the suite upon arrival. The event day menu is slightly more limited than the Advanced menu, however, you will still find fan favourites and plenty of beverages available (water, soft-drinks, beer, wine, liquor). In-suite catering items are served in group-portions, not individually, and are delivered after the event begins.

If I have an issue with my suite at the event, who can I contact?

In the event you have an issue on event day, you may contact a Rogers Place guest experience staff member or your suite attendant. Also, you may send a message to the Rogers Text Assist line at 587-207-HELP (4357) to speak with an on-site Rogers Place representative.

Food and Beverage

What if I have dietary restrictions or food allergies?

If you or any of your guests have an allergy to any food item, please ensure you inform ICE District Hospitality upon placing your order. This will allow us to take the utmost precautions in serving you and your guests. All our menu items have dietary restriction and allergen information, such as peanuts, tree nuts, vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free, halal, and kosher, listed on our online ordering portal, Spoonfed, which is intended to be used as a reference only. We encourage you to speak to the Premium Suites Manager prior to your event about any dietary restriction and allergen requests. On event days, your Suite attendant and our chef team can also assist you.

Even foods commonly prepared without gluten containing ingredients may not be ‘gluten-free’. Our recipes are prepared in open kitchens where cross-contact is possible and where ingredient substitutions are sometimes made. If you have celiac disease or a gluten sensitivity please notify your on-site manager to request an individually prepared ‘gluten-free’ selection. Rogers Place is not a nut-free facility and we cannot guarantee the presence of cross-contamination. However our staff take extra care when preparing foods to avoid potential risks as much as possible.

Can I get personalized Suite Service?

During events, a shared suite attendant will be assigned to service all your catering requirements, take additional orders and assist in maintaining the cleanliness in your suite. Should you desire a dedicated suite attendant to remain exclusively in your suite for the event, please contact the premium suite catering office and allow 48-hours advance notice to ensure your request can be accommodated. The cost for a private suite attendant is $200.00 per event. If you wish to have a private bartender, this service will include the opening and serving of all beverages; cost is $150.00 per event.

What is your cancellation policy?

No charges will be assessed to suite holders for orders cancelled at least 48 business hours in advance. Suite orders that are not cancelled within 24 business hours will be assessed 50% of the total food charge and 100% of the administrative and additionally billed labour charges. Any cancellations on the scheduled event day will result in a charge of 100% of the pre-order total and 100% of the administrative and additionally, bills labour charges.

Are there additional charges?

A standard 18% service charge is automatically added to the net total of your entire order. This service charge is 100% distributed to service employees. Food, beverage and service charges are subject to applicable government taxes of 5%.

When will our food and beverage be delivered?

Unless a specific time is indicated, all food and beverage will be delivered to the suites starting 30 minutes prior to the beginning of the event. In order to ensure the highest level of food quality, certain foods may be delivered to the suites after the guests arrive. Please ensure you specify a specific time you would like your food to be delivered with your suite administrator when placing your order.

Can we bring outside food to our suite and/or can we take food and beverage with us at the conclusion of the event?

All food products served in the suites are handled exclusively by ICE District Hospitality. It is not permissible for guests to bring or remove food to or from the suites.
